We ship free via Federal Express (Fed Ex Ground) to any physical address in the United States. For smaller orders, such as one piece to ten or fifteen, use our convenient shipping procedures provided on our ordering page. For larger orders, 20 to 50 pieces or more for your facility, Federal Express LTL can be employed to reduce shipping costs. Large orders will be handled directly on a case by case basis. Call us to discuss LTL shipments of larger orders.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks on standard small orders. Allow 4 to 6 weeks on larger or custom orders.
New, unused items may be returned within 2 weeks of the date they were delivered to the customer. If returned, upon inspection that the item/items are in good, unused condition, we will mail you a refund check within 2 weeks of having received the unused, returned items. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call us to arrange returns.
Items Shipped in Error
New and unused items, shipped to the customer by our error, can be returned within 2 weeks of the date they were delivered to the customer. When returned, after inspection that the item/items are in good, unused condition, we will mail you a refund check within 2 weeks of having received the unused returned items. In this case, shipping costs will be paid by Champion Barn Accents. Please call us to arrange returns.
Items Damaged in Transit
If the box the item is shipped in is damaged, point this out to the delivery drivers attention and have them make note of it. If the shipping box is obviously excessively damaged, do not accept the item. Tell the driver to return it. Hidden damage may occur to items and this only becomes evident when the package is opened. In all cases of goods damaged in transit, please immediately call us for instructions and procedures.
We will replace, free of charge, items damaged in transit as long as we are notified within 2 business days of the customer receiving the damaged goods and the customer follows our instructions and procedures.
Custom Manufactured Products
Custom manufactured products cannot be returned for a refund. Custom goods damaged in transit will be replaced following the instructions listed under “Items Damaged in Transit”.
